The new RTA Brushless single disk machine by KÜNZLE and TASIN proposes some new interesting news respect to what is offered in the market nowadays. The materials: the basement is a die-casting mould that gives the best in terms of finishing and resistance of the materials. The handle is completely in aluminium and is extremely solid thanks also to the fact that the attachment is part of the basement and this gives a high resistance even in the most hard conditions. The safety: two switches positioned on the top and on the bottom of the handle prevent the starting of the machine witout the full control from part the the user. The brushless motor: the 2,4hp brushless motor has different advantages: the motor operates at constant torque (5.3 N/m), efficiency is sensibly higher than with asyncronous motor (the power absorbed is completely transferred to the brush), 9 speeds (from 50 to 500 rpm), electronic starting system and automatic peak management for low consumption, compact motor and reduced overall dimensions, no cooling fan, no capacitor, no centrifugal switch.
